The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Mod - Quest Award Leveling 1.8

This mod will make level-scaled rewards from quests be upgraded to their higher versions as you reach the level for those versions.

The items, spells, and sigil stones you get as rewards for many quests in the game are scaled to your level. Some of the these rewards are among the best items in the game... but only if you do the quest at a high level. Otherwise, you get stuck with a scaled-down version, often one that is no good later in the game, and lose out on one of the best items in game.
