The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Mod - Cool Blue Ebony Armor and Weapons 1.0

This texture doesn't change any of the pattens on the armor. It just changes the colors from yellow to blue, also you know the scaby redy brown tint on ebony armor is changed to a cold blue.
