The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Mod - Heather Cottage 2.0

This will add a cottage to a remote valley in the Ascadian Isles Region. This house contains:
Bedroom
Dressing room
Lounge
Kitchen
Pretty garden
Travel room
Storage room
Pool Chamber

Due to the remote location there is a teleport ring for this house located in a barrel placed between 2 houses in Seyda Neen opposite Arrille's Tavern. Definately not for those who are Morrowind purists.
